Any competent lawyer - & these are fewer & fewer - will tell you
that any legal document can be typed in various ways as long as the various
points are stated succinctly;
therefore, whether the document is hand-written on a legal
pad or typed via a typewriter or through the computer, it will bear the
same weight as long as the attached signatures are legal.

My LibreOffice (184.108.40.206 on Mac OS X) also has a Capitalize Every Word in that submenu.
