Where can I find Bugzilla like repository to file bugs?

I'd like to request a feature for LibreOffice Writer, but I can't find a
repository like in GNOME's Bugzilla. Are there any?

I'd like to have a keyboard shortcut for Upercase/Lower case change like in
MS Office [Shift+F3], now that 3.3 have added new options for this, is a
good idea to have a shortcut for it.

Look at  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/  .  You may also find that the
dev mailing list would help,
http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice , to register.

Hi Daniel,

Also check this resource before filing a bug report, if you do:

Do you know about Certificate Problem? FireFox doesn't trust
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/  site.

Yes, it is a know problem, though not sure why.  There was the same
problem with The Document Foundation site due to a "free" cert.  It is
up to you if you accept it or not, if not the forget filing a bug
report.  Sorry but that is how it goes.

It is using a certificate issued by CA Cert, whose root certificate is
not included in Firefox (see http://wiki.cacert.org/InclusionStatus).
