Yes I get "Default" in the title field with 220.127.116.11 (x64) and all 6.x
versions, but that is down to my profile, otherwise I get the same as you.
The real issue is that 18.104.22.168 anything entered in the title field of a
new or existing document is lost (more accurately disappears) on save.
