[libreoffice-l10n] Currency in Calc?

Hi

There is a small error in the currency format in Calc: Danish "Kr." is
shown without the period ("Kr").

I can't find the string in pootle - where do I go/who do I tell to fix it?

It's lower case "kr" though and should be "kr." instead, correct?

These things are managed by locale data, I can do. So, "kr.", yes?

Re: [libreoffice-l10n] Currency in Calc?

I would also like to add a currency simbol.

The Paraguayan currency simbol can either be G. Gs. or ₲

The ₲ is missing and I was also looking to add it in pootle but I couldn't
find it. Can it be add?

PYG ₲ Guarani (Paraguay)

I also noticed that it says
- PYG G Spanish (Paraguay)
- PYG Gs Guarani (Paraguay)

They should both be Guarani and not Spanish.

Ok then

Can these 'locales' be fixed and add the PYG ₲ Guarani (Paraguay) that I
requested?

*Add* or *replace* the existing 'G' and/or 'Gs'?

One (G) is from the es-PY locale, the other (Gs) from the gug-PY locale.

Are both, 'G' and 'Gs', in use, or only one, or should they both be
replaced with '₲'?

Just saw that Faroese fo-FO and Kalaallisut kl-GL are also affected,
I'll correct them as well if there is no objection.

Re: [libreoffice-l10n] Currency in Calc?

Hi Eike

I need to add '₲'.

Both G and Gs are fine. We use all 3 of them, they are interchangeable.

According to this website, the locale is es-PY

http://www.localeplanet.com/icu/es-PY/

Re: [libreoffice-l10n] Currency in Calc?

Hi Giovanni,

It would had been a tad easier for me if you replied to my actual
message talking about *-PY locales instead of another one in this
thread.. anyway..

Ok.

As said, we have two Paraguayan locales, es-PY and gug-PY, so I assume
I should add '₲' to both.

Btw, that localeplanet page looks nice, but it uses old ICU data as of
ICU 49.1. I suggest to rather use http://cldr.unicode.org/index/charts
and http://demo.icu-project.org/icu-bin/locexp

Well, I forgot that 'G' is of the es-PY locale and 'Gs' is of the gug-PY
locale. So shall all three symbols be available in both locales?
I assume yes if I understood you correctly.
