These arrow heads were introduced for https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93782 and l10n recently in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130074. CF stands for Crow Foot, a notation used in ER modeling https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity%E2%80%93relationship_model#Crow's_foot_notation
